Customers who are not registered members, or who do not wish to register, may also make purchases (PC site only). In this case, please enter your customer information when placing the order.
The quantity of some products may be limited. Please check the details carefully on each product page.
PAYMENT METHODS
Bank Transfer
Payment must be made in advance. Shipping arrangements will be made after payment has been confirmed.
Please note that the requested delivery date may be later than the standard delivery period when bank transfer is selected, as payment confirmation is required.
If payment confirmation is delayed due to weekends or public holidays, the originally requested delivery date may need to be changed.
The total order amount, including product and shipping fees, will be provided by email with the bank transfer details. This email will be sent by the day after tomorrow following your order. Please make your payment after confirming the details.
The transfer fee is the responsibility of the customer.
If payment cannot be confirmed by the specified deadline, the order will be cancelled.

DELIVERY TIME
As inventory is shared with our retail stores, actual inventory may differ from the inventory shown online.
Regular Items
Items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. We will also notify you of the scheduled shipping date.
Pre-order / Back-order / Special Order Items
Items will be shipped immediately upon arrival from the factory.
Out of Stock
If your requested item is out of stock, we will notify you accordingly.
If the item needs to be newly produced, it will be shipped immediately upon arrival from the factory.
Alternatively, the order may be cancelled.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Except for certain products, returns are accepted within 8 days after the product arrives at the customer's address.
If you wish to return a product, please be sure to contact King Limo Information in advance.
If the delivered product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product. If the same product is not available, we will issue a refund.
Except in cases where a defective product has been delivered or a product different from the one ordered has been delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
